Contact a Criminal Defense lawyer. It may be necessary to have the case reopened. I wouldn't know I saw what the docket reflected. No matter what, if you need any action taken, you will need a good lawyer to do it. Start by contacting either Probation or the Criminal Clerk's Office and ask them for what you are seeking. If they can't do it for you, hire an attorney.

Contact an experienced criminal defense attorney.  The attorney will have to review the court docket sheet of the case in question to determine exactly what is stated in the docket.  If the docket sheet differs from the probation record the attorney will guide you through the process of correcting your probation record.  If the docket sheet reflects an outcome that needs to be changed the attorney will advise on what approach is needed.  It could be a simple motion to correct the docket sheet and probation record or as complex as a motion for a new trial.
