I am a juvenile, what would I be charged for if anything?

I am a juvenile, I was at school in home economics. We all recieved an knife in class. I was swinging the knife around near another student. Without saying anything or the knife touching the student. The student did not tell me to stop or anything. What do you think is going to happen to me? This happened during school on school grounds.

Very much depends on what the DA and Probation Officer determine. As a juvenile, your first step will be an interview with a Probation Officer. I would strongly recommend consulting with a private attorney who deals with juvenile matters or applying for a Public Defender.
