I am being accused of a hit and run can thet arrest me by hearing he say she , nobody seen me driving?

Okay there was a hit and run and the whole neighborhood accusing me because they say the car matches mines , but my car has been sold ,& a few ppl filed reports and press charges but they have no proof it was me , nothing but he say she say !

Have you been formally charged? You will need an attorney to help establish that the car was sold prior to the hot and run
