I am being charged with a MM that I did not commit.

More details to this question:
My sister was pulled over and pretended to be me. Now I have a MM drug abuse charge with a possession of marijuana under the bulk amount. I cannot afford a lawyer and one cannot be appointed to me because my charge is not a jailable offense. What can I do?
