QUESTION

I am being stalked, what rights do i have

More details to this question:
this has been going on for eight plus years, anonymous letters being sent to place i work and volunteer stating i have a criminal record and also my wife has been getting the same thing

you need to work with both the police and the prosecutor to document the 'stalking'. you can also work with a provate investigator to document the stalking. we use lance lebaron. ed dimon, esq.

You might have a claim for criminal harassment.  It would depend on what is being done, and what evidence you have of the stalking.  Who is the person doing the stalking?  How is it impacting your life? Can you identify the person doing the stalking?  You might want to consider speaking to a police officer in the town you live in to see if the stalking reaches the level of criminal harassment.
