I am getting 5 yrs 11 moths on a burglarybthird is this illegal

3 courts all started same day through no body mits all ran concurrent 2 courts gave 2 yrs 1 day and 35 mos special parole the other gave 3 yrs 2 special so because special cant start till eos I am doing 5 yrs 11 monthes on a 5 yr max charge wat do I do
