I am on parole with a drug charge have done 5 years out and nothing on record. Just caught a domestic violence charge from delinquent daughter.???

On parole since sept 19 2013 for meth. Since I've changed life great job bought house passed all drug tests. My daughter has been a delinquent minor for last 4 years and she the last week was really bad and I was able to press charges on her. But in that she got me on a domestic violence charge but she has no marks no bruises but that night only had "red" marks that went away that night. But the cops took me in with the "no choice" rule. Can't parent apparently when your 16 year old decides to drink and drive and wants to put people's lives in jeopardy. And you find out about it and loose you wits end after 4 years and just had enough. So will this charge violate me to point of warrent??
