More details to this question:
They are the guardian of my disabled brother who mental illness. He recently asked them to buy him a car with his social security money that he pays rent with and they told him no and so now he's getting all these people involved because he wants my parents to go to prison. That's his mentality. He's been off of his medicine for a year and needs help and no one will listen to my parents because he has brainwashed them into believing him. Even though he has a history of mental illness they do not care and want to help him prosecute my parents. He has caused so much stress and my mom thinks she might have an ulcer from it. She now has to get an endoscopy. He also has started harassing my parents at work and has been calling and talking to their bosses to try and get them fired. We need help!!! It's a very bad situation and we don't have a lot of money. Please help
This sounds horrible. Unfortunately I think you will get what you pay for. With a matter as fraught with drama as this is, you will need a good attorney to counsel your parents. You should start by consulting with an experienced attorney regarding this matter who has relevant experience in criminal defense as well as mental health law.
