I don’t know what I need

Okay the charges are man del and a firearm now they were found under the back seat where a back seat passenger was I had no drugs on me or a gun now at the time I was on drugs and I honestly didn’t know he had that much on him. When they pulled me over they forced me off the road and didn’t even use their lights. They took me out of the car and left the 2 passengers in the car for about 45 minutes. I currently have a lawyer and was promised a dismissal and now it’s like they forcing me to take probation when it was not mine. The guy that was in the back seat is currently in the feds for drugs and other charges I don’t know why they not asking him or I guess they can’t I don’t know. Anyway sorry if iam all over the place but the current lawyer I do have said if I take it to trial then I could get 2-10 years but I fee they are rushing me and forcing me to sign for something and take a charge that’s not mine
