More details to this question:
I was the passenger while my friend was driving. the officer asked for my id and I stated I didn't have it on me but gave him my information name DOB and Ssn. It took about ten mins and kept asking me if that was my real name .So he said u have to drive the car since the system shows his license is suspended. Ok we end up switching positions and he said we can go. When I was ready to pull away and turn he stopped me once again. At this point there was like five cops behind me. I said what's the problem and he looks at me and said step out the vehicle. I did get out and asked again what's the issue ? He said are u sure your name is Samuel I said yes if there is an issue u guys can follow me and I ll give you my information. Just to let you know they where campus police" so he said no to put my hands on the car and they searched me, without asking me ! I really felt humiliated harrassed, I said aren't u guys only suppose to search me if I'm a suspect of a crime. No answer. More to this..
