i got a speeding ticket

More details to this question:
I got pulled over 15 minutes after I was speeding. i don't think the police were using radar he just observed the speed and then he saw me driving by 15 minutes later and decided to give me a ticket. how can i find out if he was using radar

Usually on the summons itself, it indicates at the bottom themethod the officer used to determine your rate of speed.  Additionally, if the summons indicates that radar was used, you can request discvoery to get proof indicating that the radar gun was properly calibrated at the time of the ticket.
