I got a court summons in the mail for a speeding ticket. I have an informal hearing scheduled for a few weeks from now. I was never pulled over for this, and Likely wasn't even driving. Multiple people drive my vehicle.

A 16-point over ticket is the worst that you can receive before the ticket gets written for careless or even reckless driving. I represent countless people who have received traffic tickets with the goal being to get the ticket reduced or even outright dismissed. What Court is the ticket out of?
