I was hand cuffed, booked and let go with a court date. I don't have a criminal history. What should I expect on my court date?

At your first court date the Court will ask you to enter a plea to the charges. If you do not have a lawyer you can ask to be assigned to the PD's offfice. You should call around and talk to local lawyers to discuss your matter in detail.
