More details to this question:
Do I have a defense if I found out that I was internally bleeding from upper GI ulceration? I passed out at work a couple of weeks later and was told that I had been bleeding for a very long time because it had made it down to my lower intestines (dark stool). Had to get a transfusion of three pints of blood. Please assist and thanks.
