More details to this question:
I have a question about speeding tickets and license suspension. I had 4 speeding tickets when I had a car, and then my car caught on fire like two weeks after I got them, and I kind of forgot about the speeding tickets cause I no longer had a car and haven't had one since. But then my license got suspended for not paying them, but I turn 21 in a month, so my current license, i wont be able to use for a form of ID so I need to do a new one, will I get arrested if I go in for a new license?

Update Your Profile
At some point you will have to take responsibility for the traffic violations. There is a possibility that you have a warrant out based on a failure to appear. It is possible that anywhere you go, you may be arrested, even the BMV. Take the time and clean up your record allowing you to get your Driver's License back in good standing.   Best,   Nicholas Froning
