Your bladder problem may not influence the authorities. With even a single sample showing such a high BAC, there's a good chance the prosecutor will want to proceed to charge you and get you convicted. As to DMV, they are entitled to suspend your driving privilege if any test shows a higher BAC than is permitted. Regardless of the legal outcome, there are other ways to enjoy life than drinking and then driving.

With a bac of .21, it is very likely that your license will be suspended. You should hire a lawyer to help you with the DMV hearing and any subsequent court proceedings.

It depends if you were driving. If you were, you better hire a DUI specialist ASAP, because you have only 10 days to save your license.

If you are relating that you had a blood alcohol level of .21 you may have had a few beers earlier in the week but apparently you continued drinking. That level is significantly higher than any tolerated blood alcohol level allowed and therefore I believe you will be prosecuted. Engage an attorney.

Were you arrested for DUI? If so, .21 is extraordinarily high and you should hope to avoid jail. I suggest you retain a good criminal defense lawyer who knows how to handle a DUI case. I am a former federal and State prosecutor and now handle these cases on the defense side.
