My fiance is getting chared with the possession on method. 4-200g, it is not his. I have proof of the person it belongs to. Its in a text and a online message. What can I do?

You need to get that information to your fiance's lawyer. By itself, the text message and online message are likely inadmissible. However, a good lawyer may be able to obtain additional discovery that can (a) confirm that these messages were written on devices owned by the guilty person; and (b) get this impeachment evidence in to an admissible form that a court would more likely consider reliable.
