i have never been arrest dont know what can i do to get charges dropped

me and my daughter were arguing I asked her to leave 4 times she woula not leave pushed me against railing locked me out of my house shes 31 told me I had to make her leave I went and got my gun it was unloaded no clip no bullet trying to scare her she beat me up was charged with assaut I was charged with presenting ang pointing firarm I have never been arrested I would never have shot her only trying too scare here

There is nothing you can do to have the charges dropped. That is in the sole discretion of the prosecutor.
