More details to this question:
I was just arrested on Nov 8 and do not have a court date yet. I am wearing an alcohol monitoring device. The judge appointed a public defender but she told me she is leaving but someone new would represent me. I am disabled and the past two dui’s were 16 and 17 years ago. Will I still have to do 120 days in jail?
