I need to expunge a disorderly persons offence from 2005 please. I'm looking to do this on my own, since I'm not able to afford a lawyer etc.. How do i retrieve the forms and what do i do from there, please.. Are the forms easy to fill out? Are there lawyers or legal aid that will do it for free? And either or, do i have to appear in court?
