Hi i have a question 2 weeks ago i had an accident with learner permit and what happen was i was in the left lane and i had to get over to the right lane and over in the right lane was a Wendys and a car shot out he was going pretty fast. So to not get hit by the other car i turned into the left lane and the car in front of me slammed its breaks so my reaction was to slam my breaks to and when i done that my car started to skid and i went into the other lane and a car hit me then i hit a tree i never had this happen to me i never even had a seat belt ticket so i need to no if i need a lawyer or not
