I pulled the car over before the officer was able to make an initial stop

More details to this question:
Correct me if I'm wrong but on the officer made his approach I was already off the vehicle and walking down the sidewalk so at that point me and the vehicle are two totally different things right so why does he have to search the vehicle if I am no longer in possession of it. He did see me driving it though and I don't have a license he said reason why he was pulling me over was because the vehicle is coming back with warrants and I had a poorly assembled temp tag on the back. So his reasons were obvious that he had run the temp tag so he says and it came back with people with warrants. This was his reason for pulling me over now for this reason of his reasons were true he would have discovered that the temp tag was fictitious so how could it have anybody with warrants on it so his reasons for pulling me over where where a lie. Besides I was already off the vehicle is parked and walking down the road when he approached me he never pulled me over to begin with

This is a very interesting fact pattern.  There is some legal authroity that just running the license plate and learning the 'owner' has warrants, may not be enough to contact someone.  Also, the fact you were not in the car at time of arrest is a good issue on the search of the car (unless it was being towed from where it was parked). You should definitley consult a lawyer.
