I received a marijuana in car violation, can I still teach?

I was a passenger in the backseat of the car which was pulled over for speeding. The officer said she smelled marijuana and asked for everyone's marijuana. I handed her a pipe and when she asked if it was mine I told her no. It wasn't mine and I was handing it to her because she was at my window making the request. When presented with the ticket, I asked her why I was getting a ticket, and she replied that " I was in the vicinity ." I have 3 other witnesses that will attest to the fact that the pipe and marijuana were not mine.
