More details to this question:
I have never saw this bus driver before may 5. I was in back of his school bus and there was black smoke coming out of his bus.I stayed back from it as much as I could. All of a sudden he jumps out of his bus with it full of kids and started screaming at me. saying I passed his bus. Now I did not pass his bus because I was still in back of him. I told him I did not know what he was taking about. He acted crazy. Then 1 week later I received these summons from him with all these dates in April. One for passing a school. bus on April 9 The ist time I saw him was May 5 and another ticket rectless driving I received 6 tickets. I am in work by 9:00 SO i DON'T UNDERSTAND ANY OF THIS.

the state must prove each of these violations beyond a 'reasonable doubt'. you can request a trial. we can have valter must, esq., a prosecutor for 20 years represent you at the trial. the cost for the trial would be $4000. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600 ext 235
