I was arrested and indited for criminal mischief

More details to this question:
The detective came to my home while I was at work ask to call and left his card I call and ask what is going on he plays guessing games over the phone then ask If i can come in okay nothing to hide sure I get there they ask thier questions I ansewre then they show me a video that they say is me keying a car the video shows me walking by the car then comeing back by then they say because of the body jester i made that that means and shows me doing the crime,I tell them ur crazy I do not have any reasone other than what u assume I had no words no hand jesters nor do I know or have a grudge aginst the person they twisted my words around and kept saying u did it just say u did no way the video showse walking by and doing something but dose not show me actuallly doing what they say video is from wrong side how strong is that video and dose it prove me guilty beyond reasonable dout

You're asking a good question, but unfortunately, the wrong question (at least initially). The real question here is whether that video is good enough evidence against you to get an arrest warrant issued. If the investigator thinks it's you, then the answer, unfortunately, is probably yes. Whether the video by itself is good enough to convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt it's you is a different question, entirely. Your first step is to cease speaking with police. Next, hire a defense attorney. Your perception was correct: the police will twist everything you say to make it seem like you're guilty. Don't give them the opportunity to keep trying to do that.
