QUESTION

I was arrested for disorderly conduct, why not disturbing the peace?

More details to this question:
I was destroying a wagon in my yard when the officer pulled up. Now I have been doing major remodeling on my home so why disorderly conduct? Why not disturbing the peace or destruction of personal property?

Disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct are the same thing.

No such crime in Indiana; what most people think of as disturbing the peace IS disorderly conduct. If your wagon, no crime in destroying it.
