I was written a ticket for careless driving,from an accident i was in on my road,i had to leave hospital to go to court 2010 can I fight it

More details to this question:
A single vehical accident as a result of it i was heavly medicated and severly injured when the court date arrived.,It is preventing me from securing employment.There was no recklessness or carelesness about it.I went to school and obtained my cdl because im not physically capable of continuing my old work.I live on a dirt road on a mountian and i hit some pot holes which made the jeep jump sideways which put me over the side of the road.Please help me

You should try to file a nunc pro tunc appeal. This basically means a late appeal, which can be permitted where there was a breakdown in the court system. Find a good lawyer to help you with it.
