If a neighbor makes a complaint against me, would I necessarily know about it?

More details to this question:
I have the neighbor from hell. I live alone, no family, not any close friends. They know this. And ever since moving in have been poking at me disrespecting my property and me. I finally had enough when they parked on my property for 15 days! The officer chose "not" to make out a report on this! (how can I prove later a pattern of bad behavior? The offending neighbor turned the tables on me. Told the officer "I scared her". The female officer never contacted me for my side of this new plot twist. I learned about it from a female officer at the township hall. Apparently the offending neighbor is pulling a "damsel in distress" scenario. She claims I yelled at her 3 years ago? I never did. They just didn't like me asking them not to ride motorcycles on my property. And when I called police to have their vehicles removed? They decided it was time for revenge. They called until they found a sympathetic female officer. Told her "I scared her". And the officer recommended a restraining order to this woman. This is insane! I'm the law abiding citizen. How can this happen? I thought police were suppose to be impartial? Not once did anyone contact me about my side of the story. I had to find out about it indirectly. Could she have filed a complaint on me about something that allegedly happened 3 years ago? Are the police obligated to tell me about it? If so, this establishes a pattern of bad behavior for me as the officer is definitely playing favorites here in Michigan. Again, this is crazy. I have never been in trouble before. Always conducted myself as a christian and law abiding citizen. Is there no protection or justice?
See an attorney, things are out of control. Clearly the complaint/allegation is going nowhere. You need to review and plan your response or, more likely, planned inaction.
