I'm the victim of a domestic violence police case. I do not want to testify and want the case to be dismissed. I'm getting a subpoena to go to court. The prosecutor is threatening that I will get arrested.
You can show but refuse to testify. If you do not show, a warrant for your arrest could be issued, but very rare. Just tell the prosecutor you refuse to testify.
