QUESTION

If I had two felony cases under one case number, is that considered as 1 strike or 2?

More details to this question:
25 years were served prior to the 3 Strikes Law, however the court counted two cases under one case number. Can you give me some insight on how that would be counted please?

Each individual charge is a strike. There is no limit as to how many strikes one can pick up in one case or under one case number. Good luck.
