If I have 2 convictions in the same year, can I get my record expunged?

You get a one time shot depending upon the charge; The only way both can be done is if the occurred in conjunction with one another.

There is a new law going into effect on January 1, 2018 in Missouri which will allow many felony and misdemeanor convictions to be expunged, with some exceptions. Whether or not your particular misdemeanor convictions can be expunged depends on what they were for. There will be a limit on the total number of lifetime expungements allowed, and you must have a clean criminal record for a certain number of years following the conviction date. I believe it's 3 years for misdemeanors and 7 years for felonies.
