If I hire an attorney can I get a maintaining disorderly house dropped?
Asked on Feb 01st, 2012 on Criminal Law - Nebraska
More details to this question:
Cops came to my house because of a party that had about 25 people, they lined them up about to give mips, but I said I lived there so they let everyone go without mips, I was completely sober just because I was nervous about regulating things and I talked to the officers and did everything they asked. I am not on my lease but because one kid fell asleep (yet it was 130 and he woke up fine and everything, he was just sleeping) but they said that was dangerous and gave me a maintaining disorderly house. Wondering if there is anyway to get this dropped?
A number of factors will be considered such as what the police reports state as well as what is your criminal history. I would recommend you speak to an attorney as soon as possible.
