If I refuse a breathalyzer, what does the blood test they give me check for?

More details to this question:
They charged me for a DWI under suspicion of alcohol intoxication, and I refused the breath test. They took my blood; what all will that test for? And will they pursue my charges even if my alcohol level is well below the legal limit but they find something else?

Depends. They will definitely look for alcohol, and then maybe drugs if it is close or under. Yes, they can still come after you for being intoxicated due to drugs or any combination thereof.
