If I withdraw money to the restricted account of my son, now attorney is doing a motion for a hearing for spending money, what will happen in court?

My son recently received a settlement from the insurance company and the attorney that did his case gave me court paper to go set him a restricted account up at the bank. The bank knew and I also knew that it was a restricted account I withdraw money out as I needed to. Now the attorney is doing a motion for a hearing because I spend the money.

Take an attorney who will just represent you. You may have committed a felony, and at the very least have no idea what a "restricted account" means if you were just taking money out of it as you saw fit.
