If my ticket was dismissed does that rule out probable cause of being pulled over?

I’m being charged with DWI but the ticket for cause of pulling me over was dismissed.

It would depend on why the ticket was dismissed. If the ticket was dismissed because you did not commit the offense, it may have an impact on the probable cause.

Not necessarily. Generally when someone is charged with a DWI, the cop does not add the infraction charge. That being said, if there is no reason or violation of a vehicle code, then it ay be possible to have your DUI charges dismissed by way of a suppression hearing (or trial).

No that does not. They often do that if they have a person for DUI since they figure that person is in enough trouble.

No way! They dropped the ticket because they now have a bigger fish to fry. You better hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon, because you have only 10 days to save your license.
