QUESTION
If someone finds drugs, take them into police and tell them it's yours, will they take their word?

Is that legal? Can you get in trouble for the drugs, if someone else takes it in, claiming it to be yours? You, being clean, never arrested also, if you were to take a drug test, it will come out squeaky clean!

You have the right to remain silent. Only idiots talk to investigators/cops. Remember, no matter what you say it will be twisted around and used against you later.
