If you use the alcohol program for first dui arrest, does that count as a dui conviction?

I'm just curious. I used the alcohol program my first dui arrest 4 years ago but there hasn't been any recent arrest

It should not count as a conviction on your record. In fact, upon completion of a program you may even be able to have police blotter and other articles referencing it removed.
