More details to this question:
the night in question a police says he saw me and another individual fighting so he jumped out and threw me in cuffs didnt tell me why i was being arrested hints the resisting part he then took me downtown and handcuffed me again with a second pair of cuffs that were too tight when i asked them to loosen them they laughed in my face and begin to mock me soon the other individual was brought in and handcuffed right next to me now im no lawyer but if our charges were supposedly fighting why were we not kept apart in different rooms? they put her cuffs just as tight and just left us there as we were cuffed to the pole two different officers opened the door and with there own personal cell phones begin to laugh at us and proceeded to take pictures of us. i feel like i need to beat this case because thats unfair.
