More details to this question:
I OWNED A RESTAURANT. IT WAS HIT BY A TORNADO AND WE LOST EVERYTHING AND BECAUSE WE WERE UNABLE TO OPEN, WE WERE UNABLE TO PAY CREDITORS. I HAD AN LLC BUT CREDITOR SAYS I SIGNED A PERSONAL GUARENTEE (I DID NOT AS THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF THE LLC) APPARENTLY IT WENT TO COURT (I WAS NEVER SEREVED WITH ORAP). INSTEAD OF JUST ISSUING DEFAULT JUDGEMENT, THE JUDGE PLACED A BENCH WARRANT FOR MY ARREST. I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS WHEN I GOT PULLED OVER FRIDAY AND HAD TO SPEND ALL WEEKEND IN JAIL. IS THIS LEGAL? ALSO THE OFFICER PULLED ME OVER BECAUSE HE THOUGHT MY HEADLIGHT WAS OUT, HE LOOKED AT IT AND REALIZED HE WAS WRONG AND IMMEDIATELY RELEASED ME. LATER THAT NIGHT HE SAW ME AT A PARTY STORE AND ARRESTED ME FOR THE WARRANT. WAS THAT LEGAL? HE HAD PROBALE CAUSE TO PULL ME OVER , HE INVESTIGATED, REALIZED HE WAS WRONG AND RELEASED ME. BUT HE USED THE INFORMATION HE OBTAINED DURING THIS ERRONEOUS DETENTION TO LATER AREEST ME. DOESNT THIS FALL UNDER "FRUIT OF THE POISONOUS TREE"?
