10/23/3021. This is the first time ever being charged for anything in my life. The state Attorney recommended the Diversion pre trial Intervention program and probation for 12 months after completion all charges will be dismissed.December 5th I made my last probation schedule and December 16, is actually my last day with all obligations met through the court system in Jackson County Florida. I am looking for info to get my record expunged. I actually used your firm as my defense attorney
