I was charged with breach of trust in 1998. I was put on pti. trying to find out if it was taken off record. if not how can I have it expunged.

Call your local solicitor's office to see if the charge was expunged. If not, an attorney can apply for the expungment for you. It's not very difficult and the cost should be minimal.
