Received a ticket for "Failure to assist Police Officer when trying to move about 100-150 People." East Orange NJ number 198-15, Was asked to move from a party of about 30 people, officers says I cursed at him and I didn't, threw me up against the car, cuffed and detained me and then released me with the above ticket.
