Is a pardon possible if you have two felony convictions?

Yes pardons are in the discretion of the governor or President.

Pardons are always possible no matter how many convictions. However, if you have more than one the odds are probably less in your favor of being granted one.

Almost anything is possible in theory. Being probable is a different matter.
