More details to this question:
I was in a situation several years ago where I needed to cash in my two sons treasury bonds.. one had $300 and the other $400. I needed to do this because money was very tight and I used it for food and bills for the house. Recently this subject came up by their mother and I spoke to my kids about it. I paid my one son the $300 back but still need to give the $400 to my other son. Does this constitute any type of wrong doing/criminal act where the mother(who is threaten to take me to court) wants ot press charges against me. My one son is 19 yrs old. The other is 16.
