Is it illegal to be put on probation if my case wasn't transferred?

More details to this question:
so im on probation in laconia and i live in rochester. i havent had my case transfered because i get a ride to laconia every week, and i was wondering if it is legal for a different county probation officer to come to my house and search it? and if we refused the cop to search a room is he still allowed to search it without a warrent? and if it is illegal how so?

Probation has authority throughout state. Inter office cooperation is lawful. You can seek to transfer to a different office.
