Is it legal to have not been arraigned yet?

More details to this question:
I was arrested at the end of March and its almost the end of July. I got out on bail the next day after I was arrested, but I haven't been arraigned or given my warrant yet and it's been months. Not only that but the person who is pressing the charges moved out of state. Is this legal?

see a lawyer immediately. AR law may have time deadlines for bringing you to trial. the attorney can tell you if they have been violated.
