Is it possible for me to get my Drivers License?

More details to this question:
In 2000, I received a DUI in NC the week before moving to San Francisco; and did not appear in court for it. Now 12 years later, I am living back in NC and want to get my license again.

Yes, it is possible, but you may face a one-year revocation of your license or longer depending on the outcome of the DWI.
