I had a false allegation of pointing a fire arm and residential entry. I was arrested and was released on bond. My ex fiancé was the supposed victim. Now that our relationship is over he continues to try to use the fact that he will have the charges refiled over my head if I don’t comply to his demands.

1. Charges can be refilled, but in Indiana that is up to a prosecutor, not an alleged victim. 2. Stop communicating with him. That will end any feelings of being threatened that you have.
