My co worker and I were on lunch break with another co worker. My co worker proceeded to verbally call me a sucker for giving my other co worker a ride home and not charging for gas. So I tell em do not call me a sucker. So he keeps on calling me a sucker and telling me why I am such so my co worker pulls in the gas station and got out. My co worker who was calling me a sucker exits the vehicle and so do I the argument continues. So I look down and he balls his fist and pulls them up to just below his nipple line that's when I strike him 3 times in his face. I thought he would hit me that's when I struck him. He was not seriously injured just a small not and a small cut on his cheek. So he called the police and they came the gas station had a camera and when the officers viewed the camera all they saw on the camera was me striking my co worker so they arrested me with a battery misdemeanor. I also did a criminal background on my co worker and he was ac convicted for batter
