QUESTION

Is it possible to have the OVI charges dropped or lowered?

Asked on Jun 25th, 2013 on DUI/DWI - Missouri
More details to this question:
I was pulled over for lighted lights, then charged for an OVI. The officer refused to provide a field breathalyzer when I asked him for one, and got in my face about it. When we got to the patrol barracks, I preformed that one there. He only had me perform it once blowing a .071. Later when I got home and looked at the ticket he had written the wrong street location.

Yes, but you should hire a OVI specialist, and do it soon because the DMV requires timely action.

It is possible. An attorney can obtain copies of all police reports and evidence that the prosecutor has to defend you against the charges.
